Delete Your NubiKids Account
You can delete your NubiKids account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the NubiKids app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the Legal & Privacy section.
- Tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your NubiKids account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your user profile and authentication credentials
- All child profiles
- All learning progress (vocabulary, reading, math, puzzles)
- Parental consent records
- App preferences and settings
What Data Is Retained
- Subscription billing records — retained by Google Play as required by law. You can manage your subscription in the Google Play subscriptions page.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics — cannot be linked back to your account.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription through Google Play before deleting your account.
